• Whitening is for natural teeth only. It will not whiten crowns, veneers, fillings, or bonding.

• Do not use while pregnant or nursing unless your doctor/dentist has cleared it.

• Do not use if you have untreated cavities, loose or decayed teeth, loose crowns, gum disease, or active oral infections.

• Stop use and consult a dentist if you experience discomfort, persistent sensitivity, or gum irritation.

• Do not use if you are allergic to carbamide peroxide, hydrogen peroxide, glycerin, carbomer, sodium fluoride, sodium hydroxide, flavorings, color additives, silicone, or related whitening ingredients.

• Known and possible side effects may include temporary tooth sensitivity, gum irritation, tingling, or minor soft-tissue irritation. These typically resolve after discontinuing use.

• Avoid getting gel on your gums. Wipe excess gel immediately.

• In case of accidental contact:

  • Skin: Wash with soap and water.

  • Eyes: Rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical help if irritation persists.

  • Ingestion: Drink water. Seek medical attention if large amounts were swallowed or discomfort persists.

5. Payment & Chargebacks

• By submitting your order, you authorize your card to be charged for the full amount.

• Refunds are at the discretion of Expertwhite, in accordance with our posted policies.

• You agree not to file chargebacks for used products and understand that doing so constitutes a breach of these terms.

6. Returns & RMA Policy

• A valid RMA number from Expertwhite is required for any return.

• Used products may be returned only under our 30-Day Results Guarantee.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

• Unclaimed, undeliverable, or incorrectly addressed packages will have the originally subsidized shipping cost deducted from the refund.
