I have crowns. Can I whiten my natural teeth?

Expertwhite will not whiten crowns (only natural teeth). You may notice your teeth on either side of the crown beginning to yellow. Use the transformation kit as usual (do not worry that the gel gets on the crown; it is safe and will not damage it), and you will see your natural teeth lighten to the shade of your crown.

I am getting crowns. Should I whiten them before or after?

We recommend whitening your teeth before getting a crown. Whiten your teeth to your desired shade, and then have your dentist match the color to your white teeth.
