Here is the best way to use your Expertwhite Dual LED Teeth Whitening Kit:

Prepare your teeth
Brush your teeth and dry the front surface with a tissue so the gel can adhere better.
Apply the gel
Twist the bottom of the pen until a small drop of gel appears. Apply a thin layer to the front of your teeth, avoiding the gums.
Use the LED light
Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and use it for 15 minutes.

Blue light: activates the whitening gel and helps remove stains.
Blue + Red light: blue whitens while red helps soothe gums and reduce sensitivity. You can use this mode if your teeth feel sensitive. Use after whitening treatment on clean teeth.

How often to use it
