The only problem was I received no Application Nozzels in my shipment so had to use direct from the syringe resulting in me applying too much gel in the trays! I personally think the 22% is too strong for overnight use! That said I probably applied too much because i did not have the Reducing Nozzle for applying, which resulted in my gums getting rather red and inflamed for a few days!!"
