How It Works: 

• Step 1: Prepare. Brush your teeth and dry the front surface with a tissue so the gel adheres properly.
• Step 2: Apply. Twist the bottom of the pen until a small drop of gel appears. Apply a thin, even layer to the front of your teeth. Avoid the gums.
• Step 3: Activate. Place the LED mouthpiece in your mouth for 15 minutes and let the light do the work.
